Raechel Warren, a sophomore from Roseburg, Oregon, was recently crowned Miss Douglas County.
“I am so honored and excited to be a recipient of such an esteemed titled,” sad Warren, a 2014 Roseburg High School graduate. “I can’t wait to represent and serve the county and town where I grew up.”
A past winner of the local Distinguished Young Scholarship pageant (formerly known as Junior Miss), Warren is majoring in Music Business with a marketing emphasis. She is a member of the NCU Women’s Soccer Team and participates in the choir, jazz ensemble and the a capella group Willow. She is also an orientation and Fish leader.
“As the new Miss Douglas County, I will make many appearances at various events throughout the county,” she said. “I will work on interview skills, platform and polish my resume for the Miss Oregon Pageant the week of June 26 through July 2 in Seaside, Oregon.”
