EUGENE, Ore. –Bushnell University alumna Jenna (Royce) Wallace ’12 has been elected Lincoln County’s next district attorney and appointed by Governor Tina Kotek to fill the vacancy effective June 21, 2024. Wallace, who won with 55 percent of the vote, will be the county’s third district attorney in four years. Her victory reflects the confidence of the majority of Lincoln County voters.
Wallace has served in the district attorney’s office since 2022, first as a prosecutor and then as chief deputy since August 2023. Her campaign focused on stabilizing the office and addressing staffing challenges.
