As recently seen in the Register Guard: NCU’s MSN program has achieved applicant status with the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and anticipates an on-site visit September 17 – 19, 2018. As part of the accreditation process, CCNE is accepting 3rd party written comments concerning the MSN program’s qualifications for accreditation.
NCU is required to notify partners and other interested parties about the CCNE’s accreditation team’s on-site evaluation at least two months prior to their arrival on campus. A site visit to NCU by the CCNE accreditation team is scheduled for September 17 – 19, 2018.
As part of the accreditation process, there is an opportunity for program partners, faculty and students, alumni, community advisory committee and other interested campus and community members to submit written comments concerning the program’s qualifications for accreditation. All written comments must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the September scheduled site visit. You may submit written comments, in English, by August 27, 2018 to:
