Book Signing with Professor Emerita Anne Maggs on November 30.

NCU Professor Emerita of Business and Management Anne Maggs will sign copies of her new book, I Never Died Before, on Friday, Nov. 30, at 12:30 PM in the Kellenberger Library. Based on the belief that aging is a natural process and not a medical emergency, I Never Died Before prepares readers for the emotional and unpredictable journey of aging and dying. The story follows two elderly women striving to remain in their beloved Victorian mansion by writing advice columns on the hard choices facing seniors. Each column has a companion exercise to explore such issues as: making pro-active housing decisions, weighing the risks and benefits of proposed medical treatments, filling out advance directives, writing final letters to loved ones, and funeral planning.
