Graduating seniors will gather for the Inaugural Senior Banquet Celebration: Beacons for Life, slated for Wed., April 27, 2016, in the NCU Banquet Room.
“This is going to be a fun evening for the Class of 2016 as they gather to celebrate graduation, enjoy each other’s company, give thanks, and look forward to what is next in their lives,” said Corynn Gilbert, NCU’s Director of Alumni Relations. “All of us who work on campus as staff and faculty are excited for these students and look forward to welcoming them back on campus as alums.”
The evening begins with welcome comments by graduating seniors Madison Womack, Hans Coburn, and Sarah Lawhorn. Michael Fuller, NCU’s Vice President of Enrollment and Student Development will give the opening prayer.
A dinner and slideshow featuring photos provided by members of the graduating class of 2016 will be shown. NCU Vice President of Advancement Keith Potter, D.D. ‘84 & ‘11, will give the keynote.
Grove Collective will perform and dessert will be served. Dennis Lindsay, DR. Theol., NCU’s Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty, will offer a closing prayer.
